Crepis tectorum

  1. Annual or winter annual; basal rosette with narrow “grass-like” leaves; the stems have milky; stems are usually branched with yellow dandelion-like flowers in clusters at the tops of branches; seeds are windblown.
  2. Timed mowing right after bolting; herbicide control (fall most effective); some biotypes are Group 2 herbicide resistant.
